3) RISE NATIONAL YOUTH FORUM AKURE

Empowering young people in developing initiatives that will enable a viable Nigerian economy and building leaders and worthy role models who will make a difference.

2) THEATRE AT TERRA: THE LION AND THE JEWEL

As it continues its 4th annual "Season of Wole Soyinka", the Theatre@Terra presents the Classic Comedy, "The Lion and the Jewel", directed by Wole Oguntokun.

3) CLOCKAMANIA: CLOCK EXHIBITION

The Multicolour’s Upscale Interior and Home Accessories, is to hold its first exhibition, a novel display of unusual clocks. Themed “Clockamania” and runs from August 8 to 14.

4) FREE YOGA COMMUNITY CLASS

DaYoga studio offers a FREE general flow yoga community class now, every Sunday. All are welcome but spaces limited to studio capacity. Bring a towel and be ready to stretch!

5) MOVIE PREMIERE AND SCREENING

SilverBird Galleria will sizzle as it receives a heavy dose of star power for the first public screening of the much anticipated movies, ‘Bursting Out!’ starring Genevieve Nnaji, Majid Michel, Nse Ikpe-Etim, Omoni Oboli & Susan Peters. The second film ‘Holding Hope’ stars Uche Jombo, Desmond Elliot, Nadia Buari and Ngozi Nwosu. The films were both produced by Emem Isong though in collaboration with Uche Jombo for “Holding Hope.
